We are always clear on pricing and will aim to keep you informed of our charges at the time of booking. All work is formally invoiced once the work is complete which clearly itemises the charges.

Emergencies at the weekend, bank holidays or out of hours

Apprentices – An extra £15 + vat per hour will be added in cases of a plumbers apprentice being required for the job (Not capped per day)
Part Collection – We charge a flat 30 minute charge for part collection. (We reserve the right to charge for multiple trips if required)

*** Materials will be charged at trade price plus 20% and are subject to VAT.
**** Minimum charge is 1 hour and charged at 30 minute increments thereafter.
***** Travel time will be charged – this includes traveling to obtain parts and materials. (Part collection)

******** Some jobs may require specialist equipment. In these cases, a separate charge will be applied to cover the hire/use of said equipment.
