We have made the following assumptions:

- You only require a single horizontal flue. If you need additional flue parts on the day, you will be charged for the additional parts and labour
- Your existing flue exits your property 2m+ from the ground and has the required clearances from windows
- The existing gas supply pipework is suitable
- The existing gas boiler is condensing
